DVC Waiver & COVID Screening

Covid-19 Precautions

Detroit Volleyball Club understands the safety concerns regarding the Covid-19 pandemic and have put guidelines in place to ensure that our environment is safe for all involved parties. We will continue to monitor and make changes to the guidelines as new information is released.

Before attending a DVC event, individuals should ask themselves the following questions. If an individual answers 'Yes' to any of these questions, we ask that you stay home.

1. Do you currently have symptoms (fever/chills, cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, fatigue/body aches, headache, new loss of taste/smell, sore throat, congestion/runny nose, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea) that can not be attributed to seasonal allergies?

2. Is anyone in your household sick?

3. Have you come in contact with anyone in the past 14 days who tested positive for Covid-19?
