Service Description
10-Week Advanced/Competitive Indoor Volleyball League - TWO New Team Spots Available! Our Advanced/Elite Indoor League is designed to provide a competitive, organized, and fun experience for high-level adult players while continuing to grow the league each season. Elite Season Structure: Elite seasons will be offered during the Fall, Winter, and Spring DVC seasons. At the end of each season: - The top 10 teams from the Advanced League will earn a reserved spot for the following season. - The bottom 2 teams must wait until public registration opens to try to secure any remaining team spots. - Only the top 10 teams at the end of the regular season will qualify for playoffs. Team Spot Policy: All reserved team spots are held by the team captain. If a captain leaves the team, they may: - transfer the team spot to another teammate, or - return the spot to the league for public registration. - If a team chooses not to return, that team spot will be released to the public. League Overview: - Division: Advanced/Elite - Total Teams: 12 - Format: Self-reffed coed indoor volleyball Teams may have a maximum of six players on the court at one time: - 3 men / 3 women - The number of male players may not exceed the number of female players - Teams may play with no fewer than 5 players Skill Level: This league is intended for players with advanced knowledge of volleyball rules, systems, and strategy. Players in this division should be comfortable with: - Rotational sequence - Offensive systems - Defensive positioning - Running plays - Reading opponents during live play - Identifying and exploiting weaknesses in competition Match Format: - 4 sets to 25 - 10 weeks of regular season play - 1 week of playoffs - Playoffs are single elimination until a League Champion is crowned - Only the top 10 teams from the regular season advance to playoffs Game Times: 6:30 PM – 9:45 PM Start Date: September 10, 2026 Locations: Ernest Ford Recreation Center 10 Pitkin St Highland Park, MI 48203 Fauver Martin Boys & Girls Club 24 Ferris St Highland Park, MI 48203 Team Pricing: Regular Team Fee: $750

Cancellation Policy
Teams will be invoiced to the captain of the team for the full team amount at least 1 week prior to the start of the season. Please reach out to Nathan or Leilani to set up full payment offline. No refunds will be given 1 week prior to the start of the season. Late fees will be assessed and billed if full payment is not received before the start of the season.
